The Colibri Collective is recruiting creatively minded emerging talent across communications, graphic design, and motion design. We’re looking for innovators with a passion for marketing, storytelling, and pushing ideas forward.

How do I apply?
Complete the application form below and upload your materials. All applicants must submit a resume and cover letter. A portfolio is required for Graphic Design and Motion Design fellowships, and recommended for Communications applicants.
We review applications on a rolling basis and will reach out directly if your background aligns with our needs.
Will I receive academic credits or a paid Fellows Program/Internship?
Our fellowship programs are paid opportunities designed for students and recent graduates. Fellows work 15–25 hours per week on location and are compensated at $17–$19 per hour.
For students seeking academic credit, The Colibri Collective will collaborate with your institution to arrange credit where appropriate.
What are the Fellows program application deadlines?
The application deadline for the Spring/Summer Fellowship is January 31, 2026.
Interviews will take place from February 4-16, 2026, and applicants must be available during this period to be considered.
The Spring/Summer Fellowship runs from March 2, 2026, through August 28, 2026.
What kind of work will I be doing?
Fellows work closely with clients and internal team members on real, hands‑on projects. A Fellow’s day may include managing advertising campaigns, supporting database and reporting needs, creating and automating workflows, preparing creative content, assisting with research, and contributing to client presentations. Responsibilities vary by fellowship track, but all roles offer meaningful experience in a fast‑paced agency environment.
