ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a project manager, we look to you to utilize your strategic organizational skills to take our projects through to completion. As a project manager you will be responsible for the management of project budget, resourcing and timelines of identified projects to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and are up to standard. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of strategically managing challenging timelines, resource planning and ensuring quality assurance in order to deliver project executions on behalf of clients.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Work with both creative and account teams to create strategic marketing strategy plans and timelines including the implementation task structure

Collaborate with projects teams, including copywriters, graphic designers, and media buyers, to execute on identified deliverables

Ensure both client team and internal teams are aligned on proposed project budget and timeline before kick-off of work

As needed, create and manage necessary content calendar and scheduling deadlines

Work with account management on necessary campaign budgets, ensuring all parties sign off, monitor budget, and ensure project stays within parameters of the budget

Ensure both internal and external teams are aligned on active projects and proactively address if issues arise

Implement feedback and changes as often as needed

Maintain a current understanding of assigned clients, their products and services to ensure deliverables are on point and that no additional recommendations are needed to stay in line with messaging

Manage and supervise all assigned projects from start to delivery of final assets

Work with the creative team to ensure they have key information including, but not limited to, project strategy, client input, stock photography as needed, fonts, brand guidelines, etc.

Ensure budgets are adjusted and approved due to any change orders, rush orders, or additional time needed in order to execute on work

Develop and maintain working relationships with external partners including but not limited to print partners, creative partners and media partners, as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, marketing or related field

3-5 years experience as a project manager in a related field

Experience with project management responsibilities, workflow, and best practices

Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design

Strong analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with project management software preferred, (Workamajig, Advantage, and/or Monday.com a plus)

Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

Able to give and receive constructive feedback

Spanish speaking a plus
Compensation Range: $62,000 - $75,000 based on experience + bonus based on performance
