Since 2018, The Colibri Collective has partnered with West-MEC to develop and execute ongoing digital student recruitment campaigns, driving consistent enrollment growth across programs.

West-MEC Adult Education needed a scalable, always-on digital strategy to attract prospective adult learners, generate qualified leads, and convert interest into enrollment across a wide range of programs. Colibrí launched monthly enrollment acquisition campaigns targeting individuals actively searching for or engaging with topics related to West-MEC’s programs.

 

Advanced Audience Targeting

We implemented a multi-layered targeting approach, including:

  • Behavioral targeting based on interests and intent

  • Contextual keyword targeting

  • Site retargeting

  • Geo-targeting to reach local audiences

 

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

Campaigns were deployed across:

  • TikTok

  • Facebook & Instagram

  • Programmatic digital advertising

Using our in-house DSP, Colibri maintained direct access to inventory, allowing for greater control, efficiency, and optimization without third-party markups.

 

Lead Generation & Automation

Integrated lead generation forms connected directly to Mailchimp, enabling real-time follow-up through automated email workflows. This seamless system ensured prospective students received timely information and guidance throughout the enrollment journey.

Every touchpoint from ad creative to landing experience to email follow-up was carefully managed to ensure a smooth, user-friendly experience that reinforces West-MEC’s reputation and credibility.
