ACCOUNT MANAGER

As an account manager, your primary responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs and objectives, managing client accounts and projects, developing and executing marketing strategies, ensuring client satisfaction, and acting as the main point of contact for communication between clients and the agency's internal teams. This role is instrumental in driving revenue and growth for the agency while delivering effective advertising solutions to clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Management:

Collaborate with the project manager on timeline identification, objectives, and budgets on behalf of clients.

Act as the main contact for clients, and ensure effective implementation of projects. This includes managing client calls/meetings, overseeing contract and scope details, handling budget matters, and obtaining all necessary client approvals.

Communicate with various teams on timelines, deliverables, client expectations, and hard cost expectations.

Review and QA all deliverables and send those deliverables to the client for final approval while ensuring quality control and the completion of project deliverables.

Monitor and review all client projects and campaigns to ensure they remain on strategy and meet the client’s business goals.

Utilize internal and external systems to create projects and manage project flow including time entry for each project.

Communicate the agency's value to current and potential clients.
Cultural Sensitivity:

Recognize the significance of cultural nuances in communication styles, greetings, and expressions of formality.

Aware of and respectful of cultural holidays, festivals, or customs that may impact the client's availability or preferences.
Strategic Planning:

Assist in the development of project plans, client presentations, and proposals.

Assist clients in navigating within the confines of their budget and mutually agreed-upon terms to establish and maintain realistic expectations.

Monitor and review all client projects and campaigns to ensure they remain on strategy, budgets are met and all KPIs are met.

Work closely with the client on identifying new revenue opportunities.
Client Engagement:

Establish and maintain ongoing, transparent communication with clients, ensuring that they are informed and satisfied with services.

Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, interpreting and conveying client needs, goals, and expectations effectively.

Provide regular updates to clients on project status, milestones, and progress, and keep the clients informed of developments to ensure project execution and client approvals.

Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction.

Facilitating and coordinating communication between clients and various internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive client experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, marketing, or related field.

4-6 years experience as an account manager in an agency or related field.

Proficiency in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word PowerPoint).

Experience in project management systems such as Workamajig, Advantage, or Monday.com.

Self-starter who is willing to go the extra mile, push boundaries, and hold a high level of excellence.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Spanish speaking is a plus.

SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday.
Must be able to work on site. Remote work is not available for this position.
