ABOUT THIS ROLE
This in-person role will primarily involve building client relationships through regular, proactive, and strong communication to drive account strategy and campaign execution. Must have a passion for serving and managing clients through the development and coordination of multi-media marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on digital marketing. Our ideal candidate will represent our company well to ensure client satisfaction, solidify long-term partnerships, and identify new opportunities to increase sales. You will be managing a variety of clients and their projects to build strong working relationships in order to anticipate client needs and to manage the delivery and execution of various projects. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, a problem solving guru, and have the ability to show keen attention to detail in order to deliver the best on behalf of all clients.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Responsible for relationship management and communication with various clients to create strong working relationships with clients by understanding their business, goals and needs as well as being able to proactively manage issues that arise

Responsible for the creation of the project briefs including but not limited to creative, media, and web development

Work closely with project manager on timeline identification, objectives and budgets on behalf of clients

Act as point of contact with clients on a daily basis to ensure proper execution of projects, including but not limited to client calls, contract/scope management, budget management, and all client approvals

Communicate with internal team on all timelines and deliverables, client expectations, and hard cost expectations

Guide clients in the limits of their budget and agreed upon terms to ensure realistic expectations

Assist in development of project plans, client presentations and proposals

Utilize internal and external systems to create projects and manage project flow including time entry for each project

Responsible for keeping client informed of the status of each project including approvals, monitoring of timelines, status reports, and communication as needed

Collaborate with various teams regularly to ensure timeline milestones are being met and communicate with client as needed of any changes/approvals

Understand each step necessary to complete each project and project milestone

Review and QA all deliverables and send those deliverables to client for final approval

Monitor and review all client projects and campaigns to ensure they remain on strategy and meet the client's business goals utilizing identified reporting systems

Work closely with owner on identifying new sales opportunities, formulating future sales strategies, and close sales opportunities as designated

Communicate the agency value to current and potential clients
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, marketing or related field

4-6 years experience as an account manager or in agency or related field

Proficiency in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word PowerPoint)

Experience in project management systems such as Workamajig, Advantage or Monday.com

Self-starter that is willing to go the extra mile, push boundaries and holds a high level of excellence

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to demonstrate high levels of account management, accountability, attention to detail and willingness to bring your own perspective

Spanish speaking a plus
Compensation Range: $55,000 - $68,000 based on experience + bonus based on performance
