This in-person role will primarily involve building client relationships through regular, proactive, and strong communication to drive account strategy and campaign execution. Must have a passion for serving and managing clients through the development and coordination of multi-media marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on digital marketing. Our ideal candidate will represent our company well to ensure client satisfaction, solidify long-term partnerships, and identify new opportunities to increase sales. 
Client Service
Serve as the main point of contact regarding the day-to-day business of your accounts.
Create proposals, monthly reports, and work orders. 
Use superior communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service to client accounts, managing expectations and communicating progress with a professional attitude to build a trusting relationship.
Work closely with upper management to ensure we provide outstanding quality of service with attention to managing media plans and buys, production of assets, and delivery of high-quality product on deadline.
Campaign Management
Develop best-in-class traditional and digital marketing solutions for clients based on their goals, needs, and objectives.
Plan and oversee all client meetings as the main point of contact between clients and Colibri.
Analyze and track key metrics to make sure campaigns are spending as ordered. Offer alternative solutions if campaigns are underperforming.
Maintain a status report for up-to-date communication with clients.
Portfolio Growth
Research and pursue opportunities for portfolio growth, including developing new business with existing clients.
A proven track record of 4-5 years of account management (or similar) experience 
An exceptional work ethic and the willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done while maintaining a supportive, empowering and positive attitude
Takes initiative to innovate and solve problems without direct supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Ability to use all Google products (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar)
Strong time management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of non-digital marketing aspects including PR, promotions, design, web development, sales
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Media buying experience
Proficiency in Spanish, both verbal and written
Compensation Range: $54,000 - $67,000 + Bonus based on performance
