September 28, 2021 - Today, the Arizona Capitol Times named Gaby Cardenas, CEO and Founder of The Colibri Collective as a 2021 Women Achiever of Arizona in the Private Sector. The 2021 Women Achievers of Arizona celebrates the accomplishments of top women in various industries. Amidst a difficult year, these leaders are recognized for their perseverance and excellence. Their contribution helps Arizonans today and prepares the state for a positive future.

Throughout her 20+ years in top-level management across multiple media companies, Gaby has scaled impactful campaigns. Gaby has demonstrated a deep commitment to volunteering and aiding the local community. She orchestrated collaborative efforts between stakeholders to develop cause-marketing campaigns to sponsor back-to-school immunization fairs, water safety programs, voter registration campaigns, citizenship fairs, and scholarship programs. With her passion for community and her entrepreneurial spirit, Gaby built the first Latina-owned digital marketing firm in Phoenix, Arizona. Gaby sought to build an agency with a collective of talent that would lead with heart to bring vibrancy into the digital marketing field. In 2021, The Colibri Collective received 8 national awards, including the USPS Special Award for Direct Mail.
