WHAT:
As families prepare their children for the transition to kindergarten, Girl Scouts–Arizona Cactus-Pine Council is offering Daisy Launch, a summer program designed specifically for girls entering kindergarten in Fall 2026.
This early-entry experience brings the Girl Scout journey directly into the home through hands-on, themed activity kits that spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence. From outdoor exploration and STEM challenges to learning friendship and teamwork, Daisy Launch offers a joyful introduction to Girl Scouts while helping girls build essential skills before their first day of school.
WHEN:
Enrollment: Open now across central and northern Arizona
Program Delivery: Activity kits mailed throughout Summer 2026
WHO:
Girls entering kindergarten in Fall 2026 across central and northern Arizona
Parents and caregivers preparing their children for school readiness
Note: Daisy Launch is intended for girls new to Girl Scouts and not currently or previously registered members
WHY:
Starting kindergarten is a major milestone for both children and families. Daisy Launch helps girls build confidence, curiosity, and social‑emotional skills before their first day of school. Through fun, age‑appropriate Girl Scout activities, girls learn how to be a good friend, try new things, and explore the world around them, all while earning their first three Girl Scout patches.
HOW:
Families can sign up online for $65, which includes:
17 months of Girl Scout membership (April 2026 - September 30, 2027) — a $91 value
Three themed activity kits delivered by mail throughout the summer — a $50 value
Unlimited access to Girl Scout events, activities, and troop opportunities
Financial assistance available upon request
